Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- 按照Ralph Lauren銷售流程服務客人

- 透過打招呼、傾聽與超乎客戶需求的協助、展示出色的商品知識給客戶與眾不同的服務經驗

- 保證全類別商品的交叉行銷及穿搭銷售

- 洞悉時尚潮流的走向，能與客戶討論或提供建議，展現出對時尚熱忱

- 建立與鞏固與客人的關係，不論客戶的國籍、個性皆能讓他們感到放心

- 維繫舊客戶及發展有潛力新客戶

- 達成個人及店櫃的目標，提升及發展店櫃營運

- 抱持著開放及有建設性的溝通態度與團隊溝通，永遠保持合作及提供有效解決方法的心態

- 使商品陳列永遠保持整齊及符合Ralph Lauren陳列原則

- 店面及店內整齊、清潔、商品展示、品牌形象的維護與保養

- 正確／安全的庫存管理及庫存商品的完整性與安全

- 根據Ralph Lauren標準及原則，須符合公司服裝儀容規定
